Evan was such a great agent!! He is very professional, very timely with responsive, and very passionate about his job. He cares about his clients and has many connections for other services in the area. We were first time homebuyers, and Evan did a great job of explaining everything to us and was happy to guide us through the process.

Evan was able to get our first offer accepted, and worked with sellers to pay for some repairs that were found during the inspection.

Evan was and is everything you could ever want when it comes to being a real estate professional . He is punctual, honest, always a phone call away, and has a breadth of knowledge for multiple market areas which gives him accurate insight. My wife, Shelby, and I were first-time homebuyers and obviously had a lot of questions as we both like to understand all aspects when making a large purchase. Throughout the entire process, everything that Evan said to us was accurate. There was not one time that his prediction was incorrect, and he has a gift of explaining complicated aspects of the home buying process in a simple and understandable way. In addition to this, we dealt with a family member passing and planning for a wedding, all while searching for a house. I do not believe there is another agent out there who could’ve handled our schedule and feelings as well as Evan did during this time. Through the entire process, Evan kept things clear and concise, and helped us close within a week of our wedding. Whether you’re a first-time buyer or a real estate investor, Evan should be your guy. Evan made what I expected to be a stressful process feel genuinely easy. As a first-time homebuyer, I had no idea what to expect going in, and he walked me through every step without ever making me feel rushed or out of the loop.

What stood out most was how hard he fought for me on price. We had a pass/fail inspection agreement in place, which usually gives buyers less room to negotiate, but Evan still managed to get the price down a considerable amount for me. He clearly knew how to work within those constraints instead of just accepting them.

From offer to closing, everything moved quickly and smoothly — no unnecessary delays and no confusion about next steps. I never felt like I was chasing him for updates and he was always a step ahead. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor for the sale of my home. He truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. His communication was exceptional. I always knew what was happening, what to expect next, and felt completely informed every step of the way.

His negotiation skills were superb, and what stood out most was the confidence I felt knowing he was leading the transaction. Evan had helped us buy our house previously so we immediately turned to him when it came time to sell. He handled all the stages of the process. He helped us with pricing, developed a sales plan and ran all the promotions and open house. We were under contract in 4 days. We will always recommend Evan to our friends and family. Evan is an incredible real estate agent! He is friendly, professional, motivated, and super easy to work and communicate with! In a housing market that is as competitive as it is having an agent who is easy to communicate with, and who is motivated to find you the perfect home is so important, and that’s exactly what Evan was! It didn’t matter what day of the week it was, if there was a house to see, Evan made sure we saw it. If we had questions regarding the house, he got us answers. He has a ton of knowledge in his field, and is also incredibly passionate about his work, which is how we found the home of our dreams!
